Root is a place nestled snug between dreamy, rolling meadows + winding, mysterious forests. there are seemingly endless places 2 play hide+seek here within the remnants of another time.

among the nooks + crannies are lots of little creatures who, much like their surroundings, have experienced many transformations. some friends find themselves in Root after traveling from lands far away. with a lifetime of experiences + tales to tell, they can sometimes be a little rough around the edges, but their hearts are still as soft as the day they were stuffed.

others, however, are created much closer 2 home. they may come from bedtime stories or secret clubhouse passwords. one may sprout from a mossy creek or glide down from a treehouse above. they may even find themselves wandering outside of a daydream if the conditions are just right.

these friends are called Rootletts, + each one has something special beneath their threads. <3
